Amy McQuire is a Darumbal and South Sea Islander journalist from Rockhampton, Central Queensland. She is currently Buzzfeed Australia's Indigenous affairs reporter. She has more than 10 years experience in Aboriginal journalism and previously has worked at the National Indigenous Times, Tracker Magazine, NITV, Brisbane Indigenous Media Association and New Matilda. She is the co host of the investigative podcast Curtain which delves into the wrongful conviction of Aboriginal man Kevin Henry.
